1-on-1 and Semi-Private Training

I personally love working with people, getting to know them and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. That is why I created my Fitness Inner Circle Coaching Group so I could work with people just like you!

Being available to clients in a 1-on-1 or semi-private setting helps me to really get to know them, their goals and to make everything 100% about them.

Here’s what you’ll receive:

Initial Assessment:

  • 1-on-1 phone consultation with me to set the stage
    • Health and history goal setting questionnaire sent after the phone consultation
       
  • Personalized nutrition plan and diet:
    • 3-hour diet and nutrition consultation via video call
    • Specific macronutrient plan in regards to protein, carbs and fat
    • Done-for-you meal plans, food list and recipes
    • Bi-weekly check-ins to see how the diet it going and if we are on track as planned
       
  • Personalized training program:
    • Three 1-hour in-person detailed program and exercise instruction
    • Training program built for your fitness level and goals
    • Goal setting and progress tracking on your training
    • Video access and library of all training movements
    • 1-on-1 Personal Training

    Includes:

    • Your personalized exercise program
    • Your personalized diet and nutrition plan
    • 3-hour nutrition coaching session by video call to teach the diet plan to you
    • 3 in-person training sessions to teach you the exercise program (1-hour each session)
    • Biweekly fitness and nutrition/diet coaching follow-ups for 4 weeks for the exercise program and 3 months (90 days) for the nutrition plan
    • Access to me by email and phone in-between the biweekly follow-ups

    • Semi-Private Personal Training (2-4 people)

    Includes:

    • Your personalized exercise program
